Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering, logging in, or using any service provided by eu5, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the eu5 platform.
To use this platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Registering as a user with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online betting platforms.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Eu5 reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without providing any reason.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the eu5 platform. Creating more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and active email address. eu5 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- All activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised or not.
- Notifying eu5 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
Eu5 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the eu5 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Transferring, selling, or allowing another party to use your account.
- Carrying out any activity that could compromise the security, integrity, or normal operation of the platform.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers through unauthorised or fraudulent means.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Uploading or distributing content that is offensive, defamatory, or in violation of Malaysian law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and legal action where necessary. eu5 reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases of violation.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the eu5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, local e-wallets, and other payment options displayed in the platform's deposit section.
Deposit
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of transaction confirmation. eu5 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are correct.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed subject to successful identity verification. eu5 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and account verification status. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment instrument registered in the same user's name.
Eu5 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limit
The eu5 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. eu5 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be fully secure from cyber threats. eu5 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions or betting outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the eu5 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of eu5 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from eu5.
Third-Party Links & Services
The eu5 platform may display links to or integrate services from third-party providers. eu5 has no control over the content or privacy policies of those websites or services and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use.
Account Closure Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Eu5 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including breach of these terms, suspected fraud, prolonged inactivity, or a request from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to recover any frozen balance.
Changes to These Terms
Eu5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the eu5 platform shall be resolved first through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the designated dispute resolution mechanism.
